and these two kites were eventually strung together by brian and xin ying, so that one was above the other. one string two kites!

while the kite flying was going on we stumbled upon some TREASURE. lol. but everyone was too afraid to dig it up, even yap.

... and this is as close to a group photo as we got for the kite-flying session. :(

Following that, we went for dinner (at BK, after mr lim threw a tantrum hrhr). our plans for renting a bike from a nearby kiosk sorta were foiled (my bad >_<)... but we set ourselves a challenge!! we cabbed to EAST COAST and rented our bikes, then CYCLED 20+ KM back to pasir ris. it was really fun with eddy and mel providing lots of sound effects, cycling alongside landing planes as we went past changi airport, and eventually having to go on the road and facing CARS :O

the whole trip took a really long 3+ hours x_x but we climbed back into the chalet victorious =D (ok basically no photos of this part cos no one brought a cam : hence the narrative.)

err yeah after that we went out to have supper on our bikes. zhe han, who lives nearby, led us out and with his extensive knowledge of his territory pointed us to a kopitiam, which served pretty godlike char kway teow and cai dao kui.. (aka carrot cake.) meanwhile adrian led an expedition to the 'nearby' cheers on foot. it was closed. >:

anyway after supper we ended up not sleeping much, as talking and watching stardust lasted us about 2+ hours. some of the smelly boys koped the bedroom so no one else went up xD

... time flew pretty fast.

team captain ben, who led the foray from simei to east coast. territorial knowledge once again.

on the way to east coast we passed a haunted house :o

.. and about half an hour later, we neared the bike kiosk at last.



we passed by this really cool sandcastle beach. good place for group photo!!

after we finally dumped our bikes, we strolled over to the mac's for breakfast. nothing beats a mac's breakfast :D

yup yay what an adventure :D most of us dispersed from there. sadly. will it be the last time i see some of you? who knows...

four of us returned to the chalet via cab. of course managed to sneak some unglam shots :D

... and remade friendships yadayada.
